Voluntary Life and AD&D

Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance is an optional benefit offered by some employers where the employee pays the premium. The premiums, which are based on age and the amount of insurance purchased, may be less expensive than individual life insurance premiums because of an employee group discount.

Weigand-Omega Management provides eligible, full-time employees the opportunity to purchase additional Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance through New York Life. You pay the total cost of this benefit through convenient payroll deductions. This policy has available portability at employment termination.
