The Short Term Disability plan pays a benefit of 60% weekly earnings to a maximum of $1,500 per week.

Benefits begin  depending on the option you choose on the that day of a covered disability resulting from an accident or a sickness, and payable up to a maximum of 26 weeks for any one covered disability.
