Group Life & Long Term Disability
Serious illnesses or accidents can come out of nowhere. They can interrupt your life, and your ability to work for months even years. Long term disability 
coverage that can pay up to 60% of your income, not to exceed $6,000 per monthly benefit. Benefits begin after the 180th day and last until you can either return to work or reach normal social security retirement age. The benefit paid to you upon a covered disability are taxed.
Employees will also receive Basic Life & AD&D insurance. The Benefit Amount is Two time Basic Annual Earnings to a maximum of $125,000.
These coverages are provided to you at no cost to you the employee – 100% of the premiums are paid for by TPNB!
