Ottawa provides the opportunity to elect identity management and monitoring services, powered by Identity Force, Sontiq, to all eligible employees. Identity Force’s Identity Management and Monitoring Services include identity and credit monitoring with additional privacy protection features, to alert you of suspicious activity most commonly associated with identity theft.

It is estimated that 3 out of 5 people will fall victim to Identity Theft each year, and Ottawa wants make coverage available, so that you can choose to protect yourself and those you love.

You also have access to remediation services, ransomware protection, mobile VPN and expense reimbursement to help restore your credit and identity if your personal information has been stolen and used fraudulently.

If you elect coverage, you will receive an email with a registration link where you can set-up your account(s) for monitoring.
